Desmophen® 1700 is a branched, solvent-free saturated polyester resin normally only used as a plasticizing resin with other polyesters. It is soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and has no solubility in aliphatic hydrocarbons. This product has an equivalent weight of approx. 1310, a viscosity at 23°C of 17,500 ± 2,500 mPa·s, and a pour point of approx. -5°C.
Combinations of Desmophen® 1700 with various polyisocyanates yield highly flexible coatings. For this reason, the product is normally used as the flexibilizing component in combination with other Desmophen® grades. In certain combinations, e.g. with Desmophen® 800, the addition of Desmophen® 1700 increases the toughness and resistance to wear and abrasion of the paint films. Such combinations can be used to coat furniture, floors and parquet.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
