Antimussol® 4846N is a defoaming agent for aqueous formulations. It is a mixture of hydrocarbons and fatty acid ethoxylates. Antimussol® 4846N is a combined defoamer/de-aerator with wetting properties. It develops its full efficacy in the acid and alkaline region. As a product which is free from phosphoric acid esters there is no danger to attack on plastics/rubbers. This product can be pre-diluted with water to a white emulsion. It can also be added in a water spray which is sprayed onto the foaming medium (e.g. to defoam wastewater). When mixing into concentrates Antimussol® 4846N should be added undiluted and stirred until homogeneous.
