Based on the same technology and know-how as durable and effective PLIOLITE® resins for solvent based reactive fire protection coatings, Hydro PLIOLITE 211 APEO-free styrene-acrylic emulsion copolymer offers performance similar to solvent-based coatings. This new binder demonstrates excellent resistance to water and weathering, which helps maintain coating integrity for structural steel exposed to weather extremes during construction. Additionally, its intumescent properties provides an excellent char structure with good adhesion and uniform char consistency.
