Rheocrysta C-2SN is a 2% aqueous dispersion of 1000 nm fiber length, consisting of all plant-derived components. By uniformly dispersing Rheocrysta in water, cellulose fibers form a 3D network structure and create a transparent viscous substance. This 3D network has little change in viscosity with temperature and is expected to be effective for the suspension effect of pigments and emulsion stabilization.
