SUMILITERESIN® PR-219 is a solid novolac resin based on phenolic terpene polymer. It is supplied in the form of pastilles for wax type emulsion/phenolic type paints.

SUMILITERESIN® PR-3100 I is a liquid resol phenolic resin, which contain solvent Methanol and acetone. It is generally apply for fiber impregnation as reinforcement. Characteristics - SUMILTERESIN® PR-3100 I is preferrable to use for binder, coating and impregnation that need high heat resistance. Characteristics SUMILITERESIN® PR-3102 I is preferable to use for binder or wetting agent of abrasive grain in grinding wheel application. This resin was suitable to handle with medium viscosity. So, ratio powder to liquid can be adjusted with desire wettability.

SUMILTERESIN® PR-3700 I is a liquid straight resol phenolic resin, which contained solvent methanol. It is usually apply for fiber impregnation such as scouring pad, etc Characteristics - SUMILTERESIN® PR-3700 I is preferrable to use for binder and coating that need high heat resistance. It is designed with low free monomer in order to prevent arise of gas and smell during curing process. - SUMILTERESIN® PR-3700 I can be adjusted in lower viscosity by methanol and/or acetone. It also compatible when mix with epoxy resin to improve flexibility.

SUMILITERESIN® PR-50099 I is a standard straight novolak type powder form phenolic resin. Characteristics SUMILITERESIN® PR-50099 I is has hexamine content about 9% and high molecule weight and short flow. - For Friction Material : improve wear rate, high heat resistance and improve hardness. - For Bonded Abrasive : good moldability, preferable for depressed center and cutting wheel.
