Laser+® B90A is a high viscosity resin produced by ALPEK Polyester Group. Laser+® B90A polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin is a copolymer formulated for conversion to PET bottles by conventional single or two-stage processing technology. Enables designs of lighter packaging, ensuring the appropriate resistance to internal pressure, stress cracking and higher gas barrier than conventional resins. Laser+® B90A offers superior heat absorption and processing control, even at higher blowing speeds. A slower crystallization rate enables high injection molding output. Laser+® E60A is a unique copolymer particularly suited for use in the custom PET container applications where clarity and neutral color are desired. It is a medium intrinsic viscosity (IV) product that gives the end user a strong clear bottle and offers excellent processing and consistency. It performs well in both single-and two-stage processes used in the manufacturing of PET containers. Laser+® E60A offers excellent clarity and color, while maintaining good reheat characteristics for stretch blow molding. In addition, because it is a copolymer resin, it offers reduced crystallization rates and a wide processing window. Lighter™ C88 Europe
Lighter Resins are polyethylene terephthalate produced from PTA and MEG. These are specifically designed for the production of beverage, food and other liquid containers for thermoforming. There are several LIGHTER PET polymers, designed for the specific performance requirements of different applications, including very good mechanical properties, excellent clarity, and a wide processing range on all injection and stretch blow molding machines. LIGHTER C88 is particularly suitable for bottling mineral water since it is designed specifically to minimize the formation of acetaldehyde. In general this grade is recommended for bottles for both still and carbonated mineral water. LIGHTER C88 is also suitable for the production of extruded thermoformable sheets.

LIGHTER S93 is suitable for the production of bottles for both mineral water and carbonated soft drinks.

LIGHTER VIRIDIS 98 provides very good mechanical properties and a wide processing range on all injection molding machines. Moreover, preforms manufactured from LIGHTER VIRIDIS 98 provide enhanced infrared heating rates, thus improving the operation of the stretch blow molding process, either increasing the maximum output or reducing the reheat energy.
