ecoflex® F Blend C1200 Asia Pacific
ecoflex® F Blend C1200 is our biodegradable, statistical, aliphatic-aromatic copolyester based on the monomers 1,4-butanediol, adipic acid and terephthalic acid in the polymer chain. ecoflex® F Blend C1200 will biodegrade to the basic monomers 1,4-butanediol, adipic acid and terephthalic acid and eventually to carbon dioxide, water and biomass when metabolized in the soil or compost under standard conditions. ecoflex® F Blend C1200 has properties similar to PE-LD because of its high molecular weight and its long chain branched molecular structure.
ecovio® F2223 Europe
ecovio® F2223 is our biodegradable film product containing renewable resources. It is basically a compound of our biodegradable copolyester ecoflex® F Blend and polylactic acid (PLA). ecoflex® F Blend is the continuous phase in the structure of ecovio® F2223 transferring the beneficial film properties of ecoflex® F Blend into the new product.

ecovio® F2331 is one of our biodegradable film products containing renewable resources. It is basically a compound of our biodegradable copolyester ecoflex® and polylactic acid (PLA). Due to its outstanding mechanical strength ecovio® F2331 offers a great down gauging potential needed for very thin film applications like vegetable bags, organic waste bags etc. ecovio® F2331 already contains antiblocking and slip agents required for improved processing on film extrusion and film conversion equipment. Due to the high ecoflex® content in the continuous phase of the polymer structure, ecovio® F2331 exhibits very good sealing properties required for mono- and multi-layer films.

It is basically a compound of our biodegradable, aliphatic-aromatic copolyester grades ecoflex® F and ecoflex® FS and a small amount of polylactic acid (PLA). ecovio® FT2341 has a biobased content of 34%. Due to its outstanding mechanical strength ecovio® FT2341 offers a great down gauging potential needed for very thin film applications like T-shirt, organic waste and fruit & vegetable bags etc. ecovio® FT2341 does not contain slip agents. ecoflex® slip masterbatches have to be used to tailor the sliding properties required for easy processing on film extrusion and film conversion equipment.
ecovio® IS1335 Europe
Mineral filled injection molding grade, bio-degradable according to DIN EN 13432, e. g. for stiff packaging applications in food contact. BASF ecovio® IS (Injection Specialty) grade are plastics for articles intended to come onto contact with foodstuffs. These plastics fulfill different food regulatory norms like e. g. FDA, European Food Contact n°2002/72/EC and/or GMP (EC) n°2023/2006.
ecovio® M2351 Europe
ecovio® M2351 is our new biodegradable compound for film extrusion based on our biodegradable copolyester ecoflex® F Blend and polylactic acid (PLA). ecovio® T2308 Europe
ecovio® T 2308 is a biodegradable film product containing renewable resources. It is basically a compound of our biodegradable copolyester ecoflex® and polylactic acid (PLA). Because of the PLA content ecovio® T 2308 consists of 80% of renewable resources. PLA is the continuous phase in the structure of ecovio® T 2308 transferring the beneficial properties of ecoflex® into the new product.

Petra 130 BK112 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, black pigmented polyethylene terephthalate injection molding compound. It exhibits a superb combination of performance properties including good strength and stiffness at elevated temperatures. It also has good chemical resistance and dimensional stability, and adequate ductility for most applications. Due to its high crystallization rate the processability of the product in the injection molding process is very good. It exhibits excellent balance of properties including strength, stiffness, HDT, dimensional resistance and electrical properties. Applications Electrical/electronic application including connectors, bobbins, sockets, ciol, switches, relays, covers and housings.

Petra 330 FR is a 30% glass reinforced, flame retardant PET, injection molding compound rated UL94 V-0 in a 1/64 inch thickness. Petra 7010 BK5830 is a 15% glass fiber reinforced, pigmented black injection molding compound based on post-consumer recycle polyethylene terephthalate. Formulated for superior surface aesthetics, it exhibits excellent melt stability and high flow over a broad range of processing conditions. The combination of high strength and dimensional stability enable its use in structural applications designed for metal. Applications Petra 7010 BK5830 is recommended for applications such as appliance door handles and knobs.
