REMAT® 5003RM9ST Africa & Middle East
REMAT® 5003RM9ST is a kind of low halogen environmentally friendly flame retardant Master batch with N, P and Br for PP. Through the solidification and vapor phase play a synergistic effect and the catalytic mechanism to be made the system accelerating melt dripping. 5003RM9ST can pass UL tests and meet requirements of RoHS, SVHC, 17P and PAHs. The products with 5003RM9ST have the characteristics as low density, low smoke, less corrosion to mold etc. Application: E/E parts, The construction industry products, etc.

SAMAT™ 5000(f1) is halogen free flame retardant glass fiber reinforced polypropylene with glass fiber reinforced and P-N carbonize and gaseous retardant mechanisms play the flame retardant performance. SAMAT™ 5000(f1) use a unique technology to ensure the glass fiber and PP has good compatibility, and has the characteristics of high rigidity, good impact resistance and not easy for warpage. SAMAT™ 5000A is a kind of halogen free flame retardant polypropylene with phosphorus and nitrogen as the flame retardant elements. The flammability can reach UL94 V-0 (1.5mm and 3.0mm) and pass GWIT: 775/3.0 and GWFI 850/3.0. SAMAT™ 5000A has UL certificate and meet the requirements of RoHS, SVHC, PFOS&PFOA,17P, Halogen-free and PAHs. SAMAT™ 5000A has the characteristics of good processing, high stiffness, low density, good heat resistance, low smoke and less corrosion to the molds.
