RIALENE® P 100 SGF20 ST F V-0 natural is a semi-crystalline, thermoplastic construction material based on polypropylene (PP), reinforced with 20 % special glass fibers (SGF), which are optimally linked to the polymer matrix. RIALENE® P 100 SGF20 ST F V-0 natural is processed by injection molding and shows a good ratio between flame retardancy, electrical insulation properties, stiffness as well as chemical resistance and low density. RIALENE® P 100 SGF20 ST F V-0 natural is characterized by the following properties: - UL 94 V-0 listed from 1.5 mm - GWIT 800 °C conform from 1.5 mm - Excellent rigidity and strength with good elongation behavior - Excellent thermo-mechanical properties - Halogen-free and heavy metal-free flame retardants (compliant to - WEEE and RoHS) - Very low smoke density - Smooth, corrosion-free processing
