AGON® SOL C 283 BA Afrique & Moyen-Orient
AGON® SOL C 283 BA is a solution styrene-butadiene partial block copolymer, polymerized using an alkyl lithium catalyst. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. Sustainability Bio raw materials can be used in production processes together with traditional raw materials. In order to attribute sustainability characteristics to the final product, Versalis applies the Mass Balance approach, an acknowledged methodology that ensures that the sustainability characteristics of the alternative raw material, mixed with traditional naphtha, correspond to those of the final product. BA products are provided with a sustainability declaration indicating the amount of Bio Attributed component. They guarantee identical performance, quality and properties, as they do not differ in chemical composition and physical-mechanical performance from standard products. Key Features The presence of styrene both bound and block at low concentrations allows AGON® SOL C 283 BA to exhibit fast dissolving characteristics and excellent dispersion in styrene polymers and copolymers. The high level of polybutadiene in the copolymer allows higher impact resistance properties. This polymer is recommended if very good gloss appearance is required. Dutral® TER 4535 Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Dutral ® TER 4535 is an Ethylene - Propylene - Diene polymer produced by suspension polymerisation using a Ziegler-Natta Catalyst at the Ferrara production facility in Italy. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. Key Features Dutral® elastomers are characterized by excellent resistance to ageing and weathering, good resistance to both high and low temperatures, low permanent set values, good resistance to a large number of chemicals. Dutral® TER 4535 is a very high molecular weight terpolymer of medium diene content, extended with 50% paraffinic oil. It is characterized by high loading capacity, and is generally used in blends with other Dutral ® grades to improve shape stability and collapse resistance. Dutral® TER 4548 Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Dutral® TER 4548 is an Ethylene - Propylene - Diene polymer produced by suspension polymerisation using an improved Ziegler-Natta Catalyst at the Ferrara production facility in Italy. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. Key Features Dutral® elastomers are characterized by excellent resistance to ageing and weathering, good resistance to both high and low temperatures, low permanent set values, good resistance to a large number of chemicals. Dutral® TER 4548 is an extremely high molecular weight terpolymer of medium diene content, extended with 50% paraffinic oil. Thanks to the pure paraffinic oil Dutral® TER 4548 can be advantageously used in TPV. It is characterized by very high loading capacity, easier dispersion of ingredients during mixing, good dimensional stability and low temperature elasticity. Dutral® TER 6235 Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Europrene ® N 3380 GRN is an advanced technology cold polymerized acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer made at the Porto Torres production facility in Italy. A non staining antioxidant is added during the production process. Key Features Europrene® N 3380 GRN is characterised by excellent tear resistance at high temperature, excellent dimensional stability both in calendering and in extrusion. GRN grades show higher cure rate, higher low temperature flexibility, higher crosslinking density and better mechanical properties, better oil and fuel resistance in comparison to STD grades. The improved processability guarantees low mould fouling products and then long production runs, lower mould wear and less production controls.The vulcanization can be performed by sulphur based systems or by peroxides. The low temperature properties can be improved by adding polar plasticizers as synthetic esters of adipic, sebacic or phtalic acids. To improve heat, light and ozone resistance, suitable protective agents as amine or phenolic antioxidants have to be added in the compounding process. Dutral® TER 6537 is a very high molecular weight terpolymer of medium—high diene content, extended with 50% paraffinic oil. It has good low temperature performances, high green strength and very fast curing. It can accept the highest amount of filler and plasticizer. Europrene Latice® 2620 BA Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Europrene® Latice 2620 BA is an aqueous anionic dispersion of an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer with low solid content obtained by emulsion polymerisation using rosin acid soap as emulsifier. It contains a non staining antioxidant. Sustainability Bio raw materials can be used in production processes together with traditional raw materials. In order to attribute sustainability characteristics to the final product, Versalis applies the Mass Balance approach, an acknowledged methodology that ensures that the sustainability characteristics of the alternative raw material, mixed with traditional naphtha, correspond to those of the final product.
