NANCAR® 1022 is a medium high acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer, with good oil resistance. It is a crosslinked type copolymer containing sufficient non-staining stabilizers for normal storage condition. Suggested usages include applications in automotive door panel sheet, crash pad sheet, wire and cable insulation, extruded profiles and so on. Modifying resins (EX. PVC).

NANCAR® 1031 is a high acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer with excellent oil, fuel, grease, water and steam resistance. It is polymerized at low temperature and contains sufficient antioxidant for normal aging conditions. NANCAR® 1031 is recommended for use in high oil resistant rubber parts with low metal corrosion and high water resistance.

NANCAR® 1032 is a medium high acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer with good oil resistance. It is polymerized at low temperature and contains sufficient antioxidant for normal aging conditions. It is highly water resistant, and non-corrosive to metal. NANCAR® 1032 is an excellent multi-purpose nitrile rubber. It is particularly recommended for use in oil resistant rubber parts with low metal corrosion and high water resistance.

NANCAR® 1041 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile with excellent oil resistance. It is polymerized at low temperature and contains sufficient antioxidant for normal aging conditions. It cures faster and provides higher modulus and tensile strength. NANCAR® 1041 provides easy processing. It is recommended for use in hoses, rolls, packings, gaskets, sheets, shoe soles and other mechanical goods requiring high oil resistance.

NANCAR® 1042 is a medium high acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer with good oil resistance. It is polymerized at low temperature and contains sufficient antioxidant for normal aging conditions. It has high Mooney viscosity and provides compounds with higher strength and modulus. NANCAR® 1042 is a general purpose and easy processing nitrile elastomer. It has excellent solubility, milled and unmilled. It is recommended for use in seals, hoses, belts, sheetings, print rolls, gaskets, kitchen mats, shoe soles.

NANCAR® 1051M50 is a high acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer with excellent oil resistance. It is polymerized at low temperature and contains sufficient antioxidant for normal aging conditions. Its low Mooney viscosity makes for good flowability and processability. NANCAR® 1051M50, closely similar to NANCAR® 1051, provides good processing and building tack. It is suggested for use in molded goods, friction stock and similar applications.

NANCAR® 1052 is a medium high acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer with good oil resistance. It is polymerized at low temperature and contains sufficient antioxidant for normal aging conditions. It has low Mooney viscosity, superior processing characteristics and provides compounds with high elongation. NANCAR® 1052 is an excellent multi-purpose nitrile elastomer. It may be blended with vinyl resins to produce smooth extrusions and nerve-free sheets. It is recommended for use in belts, industrial rollers, wheels, shoe soles, heels and other mechanical goods requiring high abrasion resistance.

NANCAR® 1072CG is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile of medium high oil resistance, specifically designed to contain free carboxylic groups and is soluble in MEK without mill breakdowm. Sufficient antioxidant is added during manufacture for normal aging conditions. NANCAR® 1072CG is used for adhesive and coating applications. Modifying resins.

NANCAR® 1082 is a medium high acrylonitrile rubber included with 50 phr of Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP). NANCAR® 1082 can be considered as a plasticizer master batch with are used in conjunction with standard NANCAR NBR and other rubbers where the needs demand. It offers outstanding processing characteristics with the advantages of better dispersion, low power consumption and time savings especially for low durometer NBR products. NANCAR® 1082 is recommended for use in soft rollers, high extending and low durometer items.

NANCAR® 1203D is a dry blend of 70 parts NANCAR NBR and 30 parts polyvinyl chloride. This polymer has sufficient stabilizer for normal aging conditions.
