Optema™ TC 111 is an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer specifically formulated to offer extrusion and property performance for blown film applications. It produces a soft, elastic film with good handling characteristics without additional additives. It can produce film under 1.0 mil thickness.

Optema™ TC 111 is an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer. Optema™ TC 111 can be used for injection molding applications. It can be used in alloys, blends or compounds to increase impact strength or to lower the modulus. Optema™ TC 111 can be injection molded and extruded.

Optema™ TC 121 is an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer intended for extrusion coating, coextrusion coating and extrusion lamination where good interlayer adhesion between poylethylene, polypropylene, nylon, PVdC, or other substrates is required. It offers excellent balance of adhesion onto the substrates and interlayer adhesion with coextruded LDPE and EVA. It is an excellent heat seal layer in coextrusion and in extrusion coating, but additional additives may be required to prevent chill roll sticking.

Optema™ TC 121 is an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer that can be used as an impact modifier or compatibilizer in polymer compounds. It produces a soft, elastic film with good handling characteristics without additional additives. Optema™ TC 121 has been processed on typical LDPE compounding equipment at temperatures up to 625°F.

Optema™ TC 221 is an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer that can be used for making alloys, blends and compounds. It can also be injection molded where softness and flexibility are required. It is an excellent grade for coextrusion coating and extrusion lamination where good interlayer adhesion between poylethylene, polypropylene, nylon, PVdC, or other substrates is required.

Optema™ TC 221 is an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer that can be used in specialty bonding applications and as a toughener for engineering polymers. It can be processed at temperatures as low as 200°F (93°C) and as high as 600°F (315°C).
