Liquid Egg White is an egg product that is pasteurized and chilled. This is a 1 kg product that contains 30 average–sized (ca.58g) egg yolks. Liquid Egg White is used in culinary and pastry applications. This product is packaged using an aseptic polyethylene bag with a cork in carton box with the net weight at 10 kg and a plastic can with a cork weighing 10 kg. The product must be stored at 18 degrees to 20 degrees Celsius providing good air circulation. This product is different from the other Liquid Egg products by being made of all egg whites and has to be stored 5-10 cm away from each other.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
