Galacid Heat-Stable 90 is a high L(+) and natural lactic acid produced by fermentation. It is a transparent, syrupy and hygroscopic liquid that is nearly odorless and has a mild acidic taste. Its coloration does not exceed 50 Hazen after being heated for two hours at 200°C. It is soluble in water and ethanol.
Galacid Heat-Stable 90 has a total acidity (as lactic acid) of 89.5 – 90.5, and a stereochemical purity of min. 97. Lactic Acid is a bacteriostatic agent usually used to prevent the growth of microorganisms. This product is Kosher and Halal compliant, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and GRAS.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
