Kaofat 50

Kaofat 50 is a 100% vegetable fat of lauric origin. This product is made from palm kernel oil with added BHT antioxidants and citric acids. It has a high heat resistance, rapid tempering and crystallization, and high resistance to oxidation. Kaofat 50 is used as a cocoa butter substitute for the preparation of molded chocolates, coatings (compounds) and fillings. It is compatible with cocoa butter in up to 5% max.
