The cured films of DOUBLEMER® 1702 exhibit high gloss, improved water resistance and excellent chemical resistance properties similar to the typical epoxy resin. Formulated UV/EB curable products containing DOUBLEMER® 1702 may be applied via lithographic, screen, direct or reverse roll and curtain coating methods. The high flexibility supports substrate wetting with good flow and levelling and improves adhesion on polar metal surfaces. Laromer® EA 9101 is compatible with all mono- and multifunctional monomers as well as with all common polyester acrylates, epoxy acrylates and urethane acrylates.
