BUILDING BLOCKS® Stock Concentrate B1 (19927) is a shelf stable product produced by slowly cooking beef bones in a large volume of fresh water. Proteins and fats are released during the heating to make a protein rich solution. The rich stock is then concentrated and blended with salt to make it shelf stable. The concentrated paste has a heavy, dense consistency. It is completely dispersible in water. This product is a deep brown heavy paste. Beef Stock Concentrate B1 adds beefy flavor notes in soups, broths, gravies and sauces. Use 1 - 5% of Beef Stock Concentrate B1 to add the necessary beefy notes to your products.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
