K-FLEX® 500P offers excellent scrub resistance and gloss and aids in the development of desirable performance characteristics while offering improved handling due to low temperature flexibility. Its performance and value make it a viable replacement to higher-volatility coalescents such as TMPDMIB (2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate) or even low-VOC types such as triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexanoate. It is highly recommended for interior and exterior latex paints, industrial coatings, nitrocellulosic and acrylic lacquers, and special purpose coatings. It is also effective in direct-to-metal coatings such as primers. Emerald Kalama Chemical was acquired by LANXESS in 2021.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
