Airborne particles like VOCs, NOx, and biopollution are also eradicated by EXOCOAT® 151A. It can be used as a general air purifier. Though most effective in outdoor light conditions, it is adapted for use under visible light as found in the interior. In all cases, it should be used as a topcoat to ensure its full effect. Glass and walls coated with EXOCOAT® 151A are super hydrophilic enhancing water-sheeting, also called the wash-off effect. It may be used on other flat surfaces such as plastics or coated substrates yet only interior. It dries under room temperature conditions.
