This solid pellet prevents low density polyethylene (LDPE) from chill roll sticking during extrusion without damaging the adhesion of the resin to the substrate. POLYBATCH® CRR 3971 is used in extrusion lamination, coextrusion coating, and for coatings on different substrates such as kraft, board and paper, aluminum foil, and flexible films. It is also used in extrusion coating applications where chill roll adhesion occurs under normal circumstances, and at very high line speeds featuring high chill roll temperatures and use of a glossy chill roll finish. 收起 |
