The photocatalytic effect results in effective radical formation which breaks down organic matter like dirt and soil. Airborne particles like VOCs, NOx, and biopollution are also eradicated by EXOCOAT® 151A. It can be used as a general air purifier. Though most effective in outdoor light conditions, it is adapted for use under visible light as found in the interior. In all cases, it should be used as a topcoat to ensure its full effect. Glass and walls coated with EXOCOAT® 151A are super hydrophilic enhancing water-sheeting, also called the wash-off effect. It may be used on other flat surfaces such as plastics or coated substrates yet only interior. It dries under room temperature conditions. Spray application is recommended to reach thin monolayers which prove to be more effective. It is listed with EINECS. TSCA, AICS, and CEPA. 收起

Airborne particles like VOCs, NOx, and biopollution are also eradicated by EXOCOAT® 151B. In all cases, it should be used as a topcoat to ensure its full effect. EXOCOAT® 151B coated walls are super hydrophilic enhancing water-sheeting, also called the wash-off effect. It is targeted for porous substrates like concrete, brickwork, and gypsum. It is not meant for glass substrates. It dries under room temperature conditions. Brush, roller, or Spray application is recommended to reach homogeneous coatings. It is listed with EINECS. It converts the metal hydroxide surface into a stable, inert covalently bound monolayer. It is used as a replacement for chromium-based primers on aluminum and other metals. It can be used as a conversion primer for a coating system based on an epoxy coating and polyurethane topcoat. It may omit toxic chemicals and functions as a replacement for Cr3+ and Cr6+-based systems used in metal plating and aerospace industries. EXOCOAT® ACX-W is applied with conventional low-pressure and high-pressure airless and air-mix spraying, dipping, rolling and brushing. It has a shelf life of 12 months. 收起

It prevents the build-up of microbes as the photocatalytic effect results in effective radical formation which breaks down viruses and bacteria. It eradicates viruses such as influenza, SARS-COV-2, dengue & hepatitis and bacteria such as E. coli, MSRA, streptococcus, listeria, pneumonia, and salmonella. It is activated by light and displays quick drying at room temperature. Spray application is recommended to reach thin monolayers. It exhibits curing at room temperature up to 300°C and super hard particles (1GPa Vickers). It is easy to apply & durable, allowing longer disinfection intervals while preserving hygiene level. It shows non-silver leaching, efficacious even under low light conditions, lower service frequency, and no need for frequent disinfection routine. It is used in the state-of-the-art continuous antimicrobial coating for high-traffic areas. EXOCOAT® AM is suitable for topcoats for any surface inside buildings, stores, hospitals, and vehicles. The sol-gel system deposits superhydrophobic particles on the porous substrate. EXOCOAT® SH will not form a film and as a result, the wall stays breathable. With the contact angle of 145o water droplets bounce back from the surface and will roll down immediately upon touch.
