Ziboxan® LD-Xanthan Gum Food Grade 

Ziboxan® LD-Xanthan Gum Food Grade is a cream colored powdered xanthan gum that is produced by the fermentation of corn starch and beans protein. This neutral solution is used in food preparation as a stabilizer, thickener, and emulsifier. It can be used in the production of breads, pasta, salad dressings, ice cream, and low or no-fat dairy products. This product can be used in functional foods applications.
