BÖCKER M is a ready-to-use sourdough for the production of baguettes. It is made of wheat flour, wheat malt, and starter cultures. This product has a natural sweetness with a reduced acidity that comes with traditional french breads. This dough is also suited for production of brioches, croissants, rolls, braided bread and other similar pastries.
