BÖCKER Poolish 

BÖCKER Poolish is a ready-to-use sourdough mix that has been developed for immediate processing and eliminates the need for wheat sourdough and pre-dough fermentation. It is made of wheat flour, wheat malt, and starter cultures. It can be used in the production of white bread, rolls, baguettes pizza and biscuits.
