BÖCKER Direkt 25 

BÖCKER Direkt 25 is a wheat pre-dough for all wheat-based bakery products. This is a liquid, ready-to-pour pre-dough made with water, wheat flour, natural vinegar, salt, and starter cultures. This product is not heat-treated. The resulting dough is dry and well suited for industrial processing. Dough pieces have a high proofing tolerance. Characteristic features of the final baked goods are long lasting crispiness, freshness, juicyness and a pleasing mild, wheaty flavour. It is ideally suited for all wheat-based bakery products even for pastries.
