BÖCKER Wheat Sprouts is a premixed ready-to-go wheat sprout enriched sourdough. It is made from wheat sprouts, wheat flour, water, starter cultures, oligo fructose, salt and natural vinegar. It has a wide range of vitamins, essential amino acids and fatty acids and increases the bioavailability of nutrients, minerals and trace elements. And is suited for production of a wide range of bread products.
