Ham & Sausage Powder-Tumbling Type is a compound powder that is mainly composed of seaweed extractions, together with other natural hydrocolloids. this product retains a gel strength of 800 g/cm^2 It is specially designed to apply in a tumbling type process for meat applications, it can enhance and restructure the viscosity of meat granule, meat paste and other related fillings during a tumbling process. This product is used to improve the mouth feeling of products, and give the property of sliving and water retention, and increase the yield of the product.
