Potassium Citrate 

Potassium Citrate is a white crystal or powder, that has no odor but a very salty taste. It is easily soluble in water and glycerine. In the food processing industry it is used as a buffer, chelating agent, stabilizer, an antioxidant, emulsifier and for flavoring. It can also be used as an emulsifier in cheese. It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25 kg.
