Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF) is a natural and versatile ingredient with an excellent buttery taste. This product has a minimum milk fat content of 99.9%, and is also a great source of vitamins A, D, E and K. It is often used in ice cream, flavors, dairy products, caramels, toffees, soups, and chocolates.
