Sorbitol Syrup Non-Crystalline type is a product that is produced as a 70% non-crystalline syrup, it may be found useful as a bulk sweetener, or as a texturing agent. Sorbitol is about 60% as sweet as sucrose with one-third fewer calories. It has a smooth mouth feel with a pleasant taste. Sorbitol Syrup Non-Crystalline type may be used in processed foods, sauces, soups, processed cheeses, breakfast cereals, confectioneries, puddings, etc.
