OptiSol® 1001 

OptiSol® 1001 is a grade A concentrated whey protein that contains milk ingredients. Low in fat, it is primarily used to increase viscosity in fresh dairy products. OptiSol® 1001 has a pH value of 7.0-7.2 and a yeast and mold count of <50 cfu/g. It is an rBST free product and is not recommended for consumption for those with milk or dairy allergies.
