OptiSol® 1022 

OptiSol® 1022 is a concentrated grade A milk protein used to increase viscosity. OptiSol® 1022 is used in fresh milk or dairy products. Low in fat, OptiSol® 1022 has a mold and yeast count of <50 cfu/g and a pH value of 7.0-7.2. Because it contains milk ingredients, it is not recommended for consumption for those with milk or dairy allergies.
