Xinhe8930 Xanthan Gum Food Grade 

Xinhe8930 Xanthan Gum Food Grade is a yellow, free-flowing powder xanthan gum produced by fermentation of carbohydrate with Xanthomonas campestris. It is suitable for use in food preparations as a stabilizer, thickener or emulsifier. This product has a viscosity 1% solution in 1% KCL of approximately 1400-1800 cps, and is often used in salad dressings, ice cream, and sauces. It can also be used in the beverage made from sallow thorn.
