Ascorbic Acid 

Ascorbic Acid appears as white or almost white crystals or crystalline powder. This product is used to keep food, fruits and beverages fresh and prevent unpleasant odors. It is also used to prevent formation of nitrous amine from nitrous acid in meat products, improve dough quality and make baked food expand to its maximum. Ascorbic Acid has a melting point of 191.0℃, a PH of 2.41 and the clarity of solution is clear.
