Konjac Gum is an off-white fine powder derived from the roots of the Konjac plant. The powder has a partice size of 120-200 and contains greater than 90% glucomannan with a viscosity of 32000. The Konjac plant has known effects of reducing pain, toxins, blood sugar, blood pressure and weight. Konjac Gum has many different applications for use in sweets, pudding, jelly, beverages, and weight loss food.
