N'Chox 355S is a hydrogenated and fractionated palm kernel oil (lauric oil) based CBS with a sharp melting profile for use in high quality compound chocolate. It has steep melting curves and excellent hardness where mouth feel, flavor release and melt away are of utmost importance. This product exhibits excellent initial and extended gloss retention and very good temperature resistance. It eliminates the need for tempering. Can be used for high quality coatings and moulded chocolates. It allows formulations of dark or colored coatings, which are ideally suited for hollow moulded items and molded bars.
