L’Hirondelle Gold 

L’Hirondelle Gold Frozen Dough Yeast is a strain of baker’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) specially designed to insure optimum stability of yeast activity in raw frozen dough. Using the unique manufacturing process increases the shelf life of the yeast of this semi-dried active yeast. It has reduced usage compared to compressed yeast, is free-flowing granules for easy and accurate scaling and is acceptable for use in automated equipment.
