Acid Casein is free flowing dairy ingredient from fresh pasteurized skim milk manufactured by precipitation of casein curd. It has a high nutritional value and a good bland flavor with a low ash level. Acid Casein is used as a raw material for Caseinates and for a variety of cheeses.
