SLI 33 73% 1/3 Invert Sugar Syrup is a mixture of glucose, fructose and sucrose, obtained by hydrolysis of sucrose.It has variable invert properties (i.e. variable proportion of sugar transformed into glucose and fructose) and vary in terms of liquid properties. It is a technological ingredient with critical functional properties for certain applications (ice creams, beverages, etc.).
