CalZeal + PS 

CalZeal + PS is the potassium salt of sorbic acid. It is produced by the reaction of sorbic acid with potassium hydroxide. CalZeal + PS is used to inhibit molds and yeasts in cheese, wine, yogurt, dried meats, fruits, apple cider and baked goods. It also prevents yeast fermentation in pie fillings and fruit fillings.
