Lamb Pregastric Esterase Powder 

Lamb Pregastric Esterase Powder is an extract of the tongue root of lambs containing lipolysis and esterase activity. It is used to add flavor profiles to cheeses. It can be used for Feta cheeses as well as Italian cheeses such as parmesan and provolone.
