Apricot Fruit Preparation for Yogurts is produced from mature Greek apricots. Greek apricots are characterized by their color, their special flavor and their fragrance. They are rich in vitamin A and contain vitamins C, B1, B2 and natural sugars. This preparation is used as a food additive in yogurt to give it peach flavor.
