Lemon Cells 

Lemon Cells are natural lemon fibers derived from the Greek Maglina variety of lemons. Lemons are considered by many to be a natural medicine because they have antiseptic, antibacterial and antioxidant properties. This product has a minimum brix of 7, a pH ranging from 2.1 to 2.5, and a minimum of 85% cell content. They have found application in fruit juices and beverages including smoothies; yogurts; baked goods such as croissants, buns, and waffles; coffee syrups; sorbet; and jams.
