Konjac Gum KS36 is an alcohol refined version of konjac fine flour. This product appears as a white powder and has a high viscosity and transparency, and can be quickly dissolved. It has a glucomannan content of approximately 85% and a viscosity of about 36000 mpa.s, and it is used in jelly, jam, dairy products, and jelly drops.
