Bio Lactato-Ca AAS® Stabilised Calcium Lactate presents a higher water-solubility and a better bioavailability than non-stabilised Calcium Gluconate. This specific product can be used for the fortification of food, such as dairy products, beverages, juices, fruit concentrates, as dietary supplement, etc., with no compromise to the sensorial properties of the fortified product.

All raw materials are Food Grade or USP quality. Demineralised water is used in all cases. The solutions are sterilised by micro-filtration before the spray drying.
