GLUTOGRAPH-E 

Glutograph-E is an instrument used for testing the quality of wet and dry gluten through: measurement of its stretching and elastic properties, tests of sample weights usually occurring in practice when gluten is washed out, tests of flour quality with regard to its suitability for noodle production, and measurement of drying and heat damage on flour and dry gluten.
