Binder 2.0 

Binder 2.0 is an odorless powder and gelling agent which is particularly suited to improving texture and overall appearance of meat and fish, as well as other food products, such as vegetables and fruit etc. Based on alginates and calcium, it is easy to apply and can be used in a wide array of production processes. Binder 2.0 can be used to reduce the fat content in a product or substitute animal (saturated) fat for vegetable (unsaturated) fat. Binder 2.0 has similar properties as Binder 1.0 but with a higher gel strength and faster reaction.
