Emcheese-Mor® IWS is specially formulated to allow production of a standard cheese analogue without the use of casein. It enhances flow when the analogue is hot and has excellent firmness characteristics when cooled during processing. Emcheese-Mor® IWS enhances efficiency and imparts superior flow through all stages of cheese analogue processing.
