High-Lyfe™ 560 B 

High-Lyfe™ 560 B is a yeast extract produced by controlled enzymatic solubilisation of primary grown yeast of the genus Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It contains higher amounts of nucleotides 5’ GMP and 5’ IMP. The result is a beige colored, fine powder with umami flavour properties.

High-Lyfe™ 560 B mainly acts as a flavor enhancer. It can be used to accentuate mouthfeel flavors in soups, sauces and stews. High-Lyfe™ 560 B can also be used in synergy and to replace MSG.
