Munich Wheat Beer Yeast is a dry strain of yeast in the form of a granule powder. Munich Wheat Beer Yeast is a top fermenting yeast with 93%-95% solids with living yeast cells of 5 x 109 per gram of dry yeast, wild yeast < 1 per 106 yeast cells, and bacteria < 1 per 106 yeast cells. Munich Wheat Beer Yeast contains no colors, preservatives or other unnatural substances. Munich Wheat Beer Yeast is used in brewing alcoholic beverages, including beer and ale.
